Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with RLCS leadership to drive organizational transformation and culture change, ensuring alignment with Carrier’s vision and values.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development strategies to support business growth.
- Champion change management initiatives through deep business partnering, enabling smooth adoption of new processes and behaviors.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and implement engagement programs to enhance retention and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations with professionalism.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Successful implementation of RLCS transformation roadmap and culture change initiatives.
- Positive improvement in employee engagement and culture alignment.
- Effective execution of change management plans and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong talent pipeline and succession planning for key leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;MBA is a plus.
- At least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant leadership roles supporting commercial/sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of China labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead organizational change.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
