About the role

As part of Carrier Operations, the Transportation Operations Leadership Program (OLP) places you at the center of a large-scale transformation across our global operational landscape. This program offers an opportunity to create real impact by supporting the systems and processes that enable safer, smarter and more sustainable technology for our customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

As an OLP Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Participating in four 6-month rotations over two years at our Carrier Monterrey site in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

  • Working in Carrier’s dynamic global business units, including Commercial HVAC and Residential HVAC.

  • Leading the deployment of our continuous improvement operating system by achieving Carrier Excellence Certification across factories.

  • Supporting global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.

  • Applying state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and lean principles to strengthen operational performance.

  • Building cross-functional networks that will continue to grow throughout your career.

  • Receiving mentoring from Operations leaders and collaborating with current OLP Associates to enhance and continuously improve the program.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, results-oriented and passionate about building a career within Operations. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

As a minimum, you must have:

  • Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related engineering degree.

  • Graduation date in 2025.

  • Availability to start the Leadership Program in June 2025.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Previous internship or co-op experience.

  • Strong interest in a long-term career in Operations.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and influence through effective communication.

  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
