The Associate Director of Commercial Parts Solutions & Growth will design and implement strategies to enhance customer delivery assurance, pricing models, ordering processes, and automation. This role will also develop sales and growth plans to ensure competitive offerings and seamless customer experience. The position requires a strong mix of strategic vision, operational execution, and digital transformation expertise.
While our main office and preferred work location is Charlotte, North Carolina the selected candidate may also be eligible to work from our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Assurance
Develop innovative solutions to ensure timely and reliable delivery for customers.
Create contingency plans and escalation paths for critical delivery issues.

Pricing & Offerings:
Define pricing strategies for CCS vs. external markets.
Determine optimal product and service offerings, including parts-only agreements.
Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to maintain competitive positioning.
3. Ordering Process
Simplify ordering for customers; evaluate SAP or other platforms as front-end solutions.
Ensure process efficiency and customer-friendly workflows.
4.
Automation & Digital Enablement:
Lead end-to-end digital transformation for ordering processes.
Implement automation tools to streamline transactions and improve customer experience.
5.
Sales & Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan aligned with pricing and offerings.
Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through innovative programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy, sales planning, and/or process optimization.
- 5+ years of experience working with digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- 5+ years of management experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Experience developing market-based pricing, parts programs, service bundles, or competitive parts-only agreements.
- Ability to assess competitive intelligence and build value‑differentiated offerings.
- Prior success developing and executing sales enablement strategies for aftermarket or parts businesses.
- Experience partnering with field teams or channel organizations to grow parts revenue, consistent with conversations around multi‑channel enablement and regionalization of parts support.
- Experience redesigning or simplifying ordering processes to improve customer ease‑of‑doing‑business.
- Proven track record implementing process improvements that reduce cycle time, eliminate inefficiencies, or increase customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and executive‑level presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change across a global or matrixed organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is $178,750–$250,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
