  • Driving the effective application of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies to prevent defects, analyze root causes, and resolve quality issues.

  • Ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of measurement systems and quality data used for operational decision-making.

  • Monitoring and managing key quality performance indicators, including PPMs, customer claim cases, scrap, and rework, with a strong focus on reducing internal and external escapes.

  • Managing external quality requirements by ensuring compliance with customer expectations, applicable standards, and supplier quality management systems.

  • Leading quality activities related to new product introductions, ensuring proper process validation, launch readiness, and transfer to production.

  • Participating in continuous improvement, transformation initiatives, and plant expansion projects to support business growth.

  • Administering and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, including internal audits and external audit support.

  • Leading and coordinating quality teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, execution discipline, and performance results.

  • Maintaining strong operational engagement through regular presence on the production floor to ensure adherence to quality systems and processes.

As a minimum you must have:

  • More than 5+ years of experience as a Quality Manager, with a progressive career path.

  • Proven experience leading quality teams, with direct accountability for results and performance.

  • Experience managing technical and operational teams in high-demand manufacturing environments.

  • Solid experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

  • Strong working knowledge and practical application of Quality Core Tools.

  • Experience with structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Hands-on experience managing **Quality Management Systems (QMS)**aligned to ISO 9001, including internal and external audits.

  • Experience managing quality performance metrics and operational dashboards.

  • Advanced business-level English, both written and spoken.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
