About the role

As an Engineer Test & Validation, you will lead critical technical projects that ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance with global standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. This role requires travel within Mexico up to 70% of the time and offers a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer Test & Validation, you’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing engineering testing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.

Planning and directing testing and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinating the use of testing facilities and resources.

Reviewing test results and validating that operations meet required specifications and regulations.

Providing consultative support to multiple teams to assess the impact of testing results on systems.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

Proficiency with object-oriented programming.

Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution.

Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.

University degree.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Ability to coordinate technical teams and projects.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

Previous experience in engineering testing environments.

Familiarity with applicable quality and safety standards.

Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with In-circuit test systems (specifically Gen Rad or Teradyne systems).
