Role Description
Carrier Digital Hub India is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP S/4 Central Finance Service Delivery Manager for its Digital ERP Center of Excellence. This role is integral to Carrier’s digital transformation journey, with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN). The successful candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction, quality, and the speed of delivery for Carrier’s finance applications. Reporting to the Director of Digital Finance Transformation, this role will drive excellence and efficiency in finance application delivery.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead the team responsible for ensuring the overall quality of the S/4 Central Finance application, delivering solutions that adhere to global standards and produce a high-performing product.

Guide and mentor functional and technical consultants to improve team velocity compared to baseline performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, creating efficiencies that enable teams to focus on high-value tasks.

Collaborate with the Central Finance ERP transformation delivery manager to allocate necessary resources and achieve program milestones efficiently.

Work closely with the Central Finance Product Owner to ensure monthly metrics are consistently met.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and priorities.

Demonstrate a hands-on approach by performing configuration, mapping, validation, and other functional tasks as needed.
Required Experience
-
At least 10-12 years of experience in SAP S/4 finance, with expert knowledge of SAP Central Finance fundamentals, architecture, key functionalities, and integration points.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP-CFIN project delivery or support.

Knowledge in S4/HANA finance, controlling, tax, and asset management.

A results-oriented attitude, with a strong drive to enhance both personal and team performance.

Proven interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.

Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within consultancy.

An agile development mindset with a focus on customer needs.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or Commerce is preferred.
