About the role

As part of Carrier’s Digital transformation, person on this position will serve as the Consultant, SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing/PTD. Person on this position will be responsible to support specific process domain expertise in CoE ERP. Moreover, this employee will support process work stream within project or support to deliver requested ERP functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related business discipline(s)
• 5 – 8 years of experience within the information technology and/or increasing responsibilities within a related or relevant area of business.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP ERP project delivery or support
• Experience with S4/HANA Produce to Deliver
• Open and able to work in cultural diversity environment
• Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation
• Spoken and written English is mandatory
• Willing to travel internationally
• Customer facing skills, ideally gained a consultancy role
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and teams simultaneously
• Strong analytical and business problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Implement/review/confirm ERP solutions that adhere to high level conceptual design and are traceable to functional as well as non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements
• Perform scoping, fit-to-standard workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimates and align with business teams
• Defines and prioritizes SAP ERP product features in collaboration with business subject matter experts
• Demonstrates product expertise and provides demos to customers as needed
• Explore newly released ERP cloud features to increase customer satisfaction and delivery continuous productivity improvement – initiate, align within business and implement
• Leads SAP ERP process domain related practice, coach and mentor team members within the incumbent process domain responsibility
• Provide digital / technical advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
• Lead SAP ERP software deliveries with a heavy focus on reuse and standardization
• Perform any other activities requested by your supervisor that are in line with the incumbent`s competencies and experience
