• 支持研发和设计团队对电机图纸及数据发布；Support motor drawing and engineering data release.15%

• 推动电机与关键零部件的降本项目（材料替代、工艺改善、供应链协同）；分析并优化现有设计、物料及制造流程；Lead cost reduction projects for motors and key components (material alternatives, process improvement, supplier collaboration); Analyze and optimize current designs, materials, and manufacturing processes;--20%

• 支持压缩机产线生产，协助质量问题分析 Quality & Field Suppor， 参与质量事件处理与失效分析（含根因分析、改进建议）；协助服务团队解决客户现场电机相关问题；支持供应商质量改善项目。Provide technical support of compressor production, participate in quality issue resolution and failure analysis (including root cause analysis and corrective actions); Support service teams in resolving field issues related to motors; Support supplier quality improvement initiatives.—20%
