About the Role

Carrier UAE is seeking motivated UAE nationals to join our Supply Chain team as an Apprentice. In this role, you will assist with procurement, vendor management, reporting, and other supply chain functions. You will gain practical experience while contributing to operational excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice, Supply Chain, you will:

• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders (POs).

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Collect quotes from vendors and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare basic procurement and delivery reports.

• Support the Supply Chain team in daily operations.

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• UAE National (Emiratisation program).

• Educational background in Supply Chain, Business Administration (BBA/BCOM), or related fields.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Must be available to work from the Dubai office.

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the supply chain function.
