角色职责:

  • 1、负责推广和销售潜在客户的节能改造业务,包括空调产品、控制系统、施工安装以及相关的系统改造业务。

  • 2、负责识别潜在客户的节能、改造需求,并牵头协调团队完成方案制作、报价,以及编制投标标书。

  • 3、负责针对跟踪项目进行设计院的前期方案和规范工作,推荐高效节能的产品及解决方案。

  • 4、负责与客户签订节能改造合同,并及时回收项目的应收款项。

  • 5、负责主管安排的其他相关工作。最低要求:

  • 教育背景:暖通、制冷、自动化、机电或机械专业的本科以上学历;

  • 专业/资格:5年以上商用空调的销售经验;

  • 工作经验:拥有HVAC控制、工程管理方面经验优先;具备大型建筑暖通空调系统相关知识,各种类型暖通空调以及空调节能方案;

  • 计算机水平:熟练使用Office系列软件,熟悉Auto CAD、BIM等软件工具。

  • 语言能力:有一定的英语书写和听说能力;
