a. Provide strategic leadership to drive sales performance, ensuring the team achieves or exceeds assigned Sales and Gross Margin (GM) targets through effective planning, execution, and performance management.

b. Oversee and monitor order performance across the sales team; coordinate cross‑functional actions to ensure timely revenue realization and accurate forecasting.

c. Lead Customer Engagement and Account Management activities by serving as the executive point of contact for key customers, ensuring high-quality response to inquiries, factory visits, requests, and escalations while strengthening long-term relationships.

d. Direct strategic account planning for major customers, including volume forecasting, pricing strategy, quotation governance, and new opportunity development to support long‑term business growth.

e. Partner with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Finance, Factory Operations, and others) to drive issue resolution, improve operational efficiency, and secure revenue attainment.
