职位要求:

1、本科及以上学历，暖通空调相关专业；

2、5年以上空调系统设计及节能设计经验. 熟悉空调系统的设计、工作原理与运行要求（冷源/末端空调、环境控制等）和控制系统基础技术、了解配电系统。

3、具有较强的责任心、充分的执行力、良好的人际理解力和沟通能力，具备良好的团队合作精神。

4、 熟练使用CAD绘图软件工作，有BIM设计经验者优先；

5、熟悉工程招投标流程，与工程预算等，可以配合或参数工程的招投标工作。

6、 具备软件模拟建筑负荷与模拟系统能耗经验者优先。 英语读写流利。

工作职责:

1、负责采用软件模拟建筑冷负荷与模拟空调系统能耗与效率等。

2、负责根据客户要求或公司要求进行冷水机房工程项目的优化设计与深化设计，设备选型与计算。

3、根据客户要求完成空调系统方案编写及PPT制作等资料。并可以给与客户介绍与培训相关方案与内容。

4、配合完成项目投标的技术标部分标书的准备与制作。熟悉工程的预算、决算等工作，工程前期配合销售团队进行工程的投标工作。

5、配合施工项目现场完成项目的施工图设计与指导安装与系统调试与运维。
