About the Role

As Project Manager Data Centers (Benelux), you are responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You oversee all project phases—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure—while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with local operational teams, customer project management teams, engineering and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of HVAC installations for large-scale data centers. On-site presence during commissioning is essential to ensure proper alignment between all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of project development: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing.

• Drive effective communication across engineering, production, sales and customer service teams.

• Align with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate technical feasibility.

• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for flawless project execution.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor progress.

• Manage project budgets and ensure cost compliance.

• Plan and allocate resources effectively (labor, materials, equipment).

• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and maintain strict quality control.

• Maintain complete project documentation (plans, reports, budgets, meeting minutes).

• Promote best practices and support continuous improvement together with the Data Center PMO.

• Prepare and deliver progress reports for customers and senior management.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Perform additional related duties as required.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the Benelux region; occasional visits to manufacturing facilities.

• Strong MS Office skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management (HVAC, construction or manufacturing preferred).

• Experience with project management software; PMP, PRINCE2 or SMSTS certifications are a plus.

• Fluency in English, French and Dutch.
