About the role

As a Production Leader, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for leading operational teams to consistently meet production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the development of frontline teams, while fostering a safe, disciplined, and high-performance culture on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Leader:

, you’ll be responsible for: -Ensuring production plan execution Coordinate personnel, materials, and equipment to meet established volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

  • Managing and developing the operational team Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace discipline.

  • Monitoring and resolving process deviations Identify safety, quality, scrap, efficiency, or downtime issues and execute immediate corrective actions on the production floor.

  • Driving KPI performance Track and improve key production indicators such as OEE, UPH, scrap, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

  • Promoting continuous improvement Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and stabilize processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for people who are results-driven leaders, comfortable operating in fast-paced manufacturing environments and capable of leading operational teams with clarity and accountability. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Manufacturing operations experience3–5+ years in production, industrial engineering, supervision, or team leadership roles within a manufacturing plant.

  • Production process and KPI knowledge Solid understanding of safety, quality, efficiency, scrap, and production plan adherence.

  • High-volume / mass production background Experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments.

  • Advanced English proficiency Required for plant visits, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level presentations.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Lean / Six Sigma experience Participation or leadership in Lean, Green Belt, or Black Belt projects with measurable results.

  • Continuous improvement project experience Demonstrated examples of productivity, efficiency, or quality improvements.

  • Strong change management skills Ability to lead teams through operational and cultural transformations.
