About the role

角色職責:

• 執行改造專案之現場施工、安裝、測試與交付。

• 與內部團隊、外包商及供應商協調現場作業。

• 確保工程符合安全、品質與技術標準。

• 協助解決現場施工及系統問題。

• 完成工程紀錄、驗收與相關文件。

• 支援多項改造專案之現場需求，配合全台出差。

角色目的:

• 負責改造專案之現場執行與交付，確保工程品質、進度與安全，透過良好溝通與團隊合作，順利完成專案並提升客戶滿意度。

最低要求:

• 工程或相關技術科系專科以上學歷。

• 3 年以上工地或現場工程執行經驗（HVAC / 改造工程尤佳）。

• 熟悉工地作業流程，具實務經驗者佳。

• 可配合全台出差與現場工作安排。

• 具服務熱忱、團隊合作精神與良好溝通能力。

• 具基本文件填寫與回報能力。
