当社のアフターマーケット事業拡大に伴い、当社納入の業務用空調機器の更新工事エンジニアリング強化が必須。また将来の工事エンジニアリング部署マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。

Job Description

当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）の納入顧客に対して、営業部門が過年度機種への更新提案営業を実施、工事エンジニアリング担当は営業担当と連携して、当該更新機器現場の現場調査・設計・積算と提案に必要な資料・見積の作成、及び受注後の下請業者管理、工程管理、施工管理・安全管理を担当。（他社製吸収式冷温水器、ターボ冷凍機、ボイラー等からの当社製品への入れ替え提案も含む）

【担当業務】

・業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）の更新工事に必要な現場調査、図面作成、提案資料作成、見積作成、コスト積算と受注後の工事管理業務全般

　現場代理人業務（下請け管理、施工管理、安全管理、完成図書作成等）

・主な営業先：工場、病院、商業施設、公共施設、学校、事務所ビル、データセンター等

・提案段階：現場調査、図面作成、見積、積算

・受注後：下請管理、工程管理、施工管理、安全管理、完成図書作成

Minimum Requirements

＜経験・スキル＞

【必須要件】

・普通自動車第一種免許

・管工事施工管理技士(1級、2級)

【歓迎要件】

・ゼネコン、サブコン、設計事務所での設計・積算業務、施工管理経験、特に空調業界での設計施工管理経験

・その他、空調に関連する資格

【他特記事項】

・優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップ

・基礎的PC操作（CAD、Excel：表、グラフ、基礎的関数、）
