SALES ANALYST

We are seeking a sales analyst to join our team. You will analyze sales performance to identify actionable insights, support decision-making, and help the business successfully respond to evolving customer and market needs.

Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities shall include:

• Develop robust sales performance monitoring processes to track Sales, Pipeline, Backlog, Inventory as well as Market Intelligence
• Identify and recommend sales strategies aligned with the financial, marketing, and strategic objectives of the business (channel, segment, customer)
• Support sales leadership and cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities to improve sales growth and profitability, leveraging data insights along with stakeholder expertise
• Collate and track customer (distributor and retailers) inventory data to optimize demand planning
• Provide insights into customer behavior, product mix, and sales channels to optimize commercial performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement sales initiatives that align with business goals
• Set up regular cadence with product management teams to review product performance, market demand, and sales assumptions
• Prepare and communicate reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight sales trends and opportunities

Sales analyst skills and qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Data/Analytics
• Experience in Business, Financial, or Sales Analytics
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in change management or cross-functional collaboration
