About the role

We are looking for highly motivated students to join Carrier as Professional Interns across multiple corporate and technical areas. This internship will give you the opportunity to grow in a global environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to real projects that make an impact on our customers and operations.

Key Responsibilities

As an Intern, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting day‑to‑day activities and projects within the assigned department.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Preparing analyses, reports and documentation aligned with department needs.

• Following up on internal tasks to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Contributing ideas and solutions within a corporate environment.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a global corporate environment. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program (Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Mechatronics, IT Systems or related fields).

• At least one year remaining before graduation (8th semester or above).

• Conversational English (intermediate–advanced verbal communication).

• Availability to complete an internship according to your university’s required period.

• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Previous internship or extracurricular project experience.

• Intermediate knowledge of digital tools or software related to your field.

• Interest in growing within a global corporate environment.

Availability and Location:

• Ability to commute to Carrier’s manufacturing site in Santa Catarina, N.L. (transportation provided by the student).

• Schedule availability based on the assigned department.
