Your key responsibilities will be the following

• Check and approve work orders from our external partners
• Support our customers regarding spare parts
• Handle warranty cases
• Follow up on service agreements
• System administrator/Key user for internal systems

Who we're looking for

• You have a solid technical background from a repair workshop environment and have experience in working with spare parts
• A background as a refrigeration technician is an advantage but not a requirement
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• It is an advantage if you can communicate in Danish and Norwegian
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You are customer‑service oriented with a strong work ethic
• You can work independently and in a team, and you have a sense of order and overview
