角色职责:

  • 完成地区经理分派的销售业绩目标(销售、订单、收款等),跟进区域内项目,达成销售目标,增加市场占有率

角色 目的:

  • 销售开利商用空调产品和系统,完成销售任务目标,推进销售活动的策划和执行。
  • 建立并开拓销售渠道和新客户,维护与甲方、设计院、咨询公司的关系,增加销售范围和市场占有率
  • 根据跟踪项目、客户及设计院的要求,提供空调设备选型及技术解决方案设计
  • 负责标书制作和投标方案确定,以及协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判
  • 负责辖区市场信息的收集和竞争对手的分析
  • 负责销售项目应收帐款的回收
  • 主管安排的其他相关工作

最低要求:

  • Education& Certification教育背景和专业资格: 暖通、空调、制冷或其他相关工程类专业本科及以上学历,具有暖通空调产品和系统知识,具有一定的技术方案设计能力
  • Experience工作经验: 有暖通行业产品销售工作相关经验
  • Computer Skills计算机水平: 计算机应用熟练
  • Other Key Competencies其它核心能力要求: 具备良好的沟通、谈判能力和开拓精神,积极进取,有团队合作意识
  • Language语言能力: 具有良好的标书制作文案能力
