角色职责:

• Draft , track and review projects plan , project budget／expense and resource plan Supporting Sustaining Projects Leader.配合技术支持主管起草,跟踪和评估各个项目计划，项目预算／花费以及资源要求。
• Participate project teams which are composed of members from engineering, manufacturing, quality and sourcing, as core team member to accomplish project technical targets. Manage and monitor the progress of sample acquiring, test,ECS/limited production and quality approving, make sure projects will be completed on time.
  参与由技术、生产、质量、采购的员工组成的项目组，作为项目主要组员协同完成项目技术指标。安排和监督样品定制、测试、试产及质量认证，确保项目在要求的节点完成。
• Define and communicate on qualification test plans according to products properties, perform the qualification process.
  根据产品特性制定和沟通认证测试计划，执行认证过程。
• Define and assess design changes of Global ECN, Local CAT related design proposals, perform related design changes including drawing, BOM, Internal NPCA etc. under projects leader’s instruction.
  在项目主管的指导下解读和评估全球工程变更和CAT项目的设计变更需求，执行相关产品的设计变更包括NPCA的发放、图纸更新、BOM修改等等。
• In charge of technical sustaining jobs for specific product line.
  负责独立机组生产线的技术支持
• Accomplishes other tasks assigned by Sustaining Projects Leader.
• 完成技术支持主管委派或要求完成的其他任务。

最低要求:

• Bachelor degree at least, Master degree is preferred, major in mechanical engineering or refrigeration.学士学位，硕士优先，机械工程或制冷专业。
• At least 3 years’ experience of refrigeration engineering, manufacturing and localization for Bachelor,1 year for Master degree .在制冷技术，制造及本地化领域,本科要求拥有至少3 年工作经验,硕士要求至少一年工作经验。
• Good English skill, both in written and spoken.良好英语书面及口语能力。
• Good software skills including Pro/E,AUTO CAD and MS Offices. 良好的Pro/E,Auto CAD 和Offices软件的操作能力。
• Independent, team-spirit, detailed, careful, honest and professional.独立，有团队精神，关注细节，仔细，诚实，职业化。
