We are looking for Lead Service Engineer, who will be responsible for commissioning and servicing HVAC system including chillers, heat pumps, rooftop units, and VRF.

R ole Responsibilities:

• Perform systematic fault diagnostics and troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulic, and control domains.

• Produce commissioning reports and service intervention records (documentation and traceability).

• Identify, specify, and support sourcing of spare parts; ensure correct part selection.

• Manage technical communication with clients regarding spare parts and service topics.

• Prepare spare parts quotations in cooperation with internal teams.

• Provide technical guidance in selecting appropriate components and solutions.

• Develop and coordinate the service network for Carrier and Toshiba equipment.

• Support service partners and local distributors with technical expertise and escalation handling.

• Collaborate closely with sales and technical support teams to align field execution and customer expectations.

• Escalate complex cases to factory service teams and support resolution through structured troubleshooting.

• Use service software and digital diagnostic tools; monitor equipment performance and record service activity.

• Actively participate in Viessmann Academy, internal trainings, and Carrier/Toshiba technical trainings.

Requirements:

• Education: Technical university degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics)or a higher technical school with proven relevant experience.

• Experience: Hands-on experience in HVAC service, commissioning, or technical support (experience with chillers/heat pumps/VRF/rooftops is an advantage).

• Technical competence:

Solid understanding of HVAC operating principles

• Working knowledge of hydraulics,controls, and basic electrical engineering

• Ability to perform structured, systematic fault diagnostics

• Basic understanding of BMS / communication protocols (advantage)

• Other:

Valid Category B driving license

• Willingness to work in the field (Serbia)
