Build a career with confidence

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is committed to creating solutions that matter for people and our planet for generations to come. From the beginning, we've led in inventing new technologies and entirely new industries. Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.

About the role

As the Associate Director for the SOURCE pillar within the Digital Factory Center of Excellence, you will shape and lead the global digital strategy for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation. This role is central to harmonizing sourcing processes, driving digital innovation, and deploying scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency across all Carrier factories. Your impact will extend across the enterprise as you guide architecture decisions, accelerate value delivery, and enable stronger supplier collaboration through modern digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As the Associate Director, SOURCE Pillar, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the SOURCE pillar roadmap aligned with Carrier’s enterprise digital transformation strategy.
  • Partnering with business units to ensure sourcing capabilities support operational and financial goals.
  • Owning and maintaining the L0–L3 capability framework for SOURCE processes, ensuring capability maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Governing the end-to-end P2P process blueprint—including Source‑to‑Contract, Source‑to‑Order, Order‑to‑Receipt, and Invoice‑to‑Pay—while driving global harmonization.
  • Challenging solution designs, data models, and architectures to enforce global standards and best practices.
  • Providing technical leadership across sourcing technologies, including ERP, procurement systems, and supplier collaboration platforms.
  • Partnering with IT and architects to validate integrations, data structures, and platform scalability.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sourcing technology and optimization strategies.
  • Facilitating cross‑functional workshops to align stakeholders on requirements and solution designs.
  • Ensuring compliance with global procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
  • Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to monitor sourcing performance.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are strategic, collaborative, technically strong, and passionate about transforming procurement through digital innovation. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain digital transformation.
  • Deep knowledge of Procure‑to‑Pay processes and sourcing technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
  • Proven experience managing capability frameworks (L0–L3) and driving process standardization.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on expertise with low/no‑code platforms and custom digital application development.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data models and system integration patterns.

Benefits

We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.

  • Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance.
  • Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.

Our commitment to you

Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees. We strive to provide a great place to work that attracts, develops, and retains the best talent, promotes employee engagement, fosters teamwork, and ultimately drives innovation for the benefit of our customers.
