About the role
As the Accounting Manager (RTR Lead), you will oversee the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP, Thai GAAP, and internal control standards. You will lead monthly and year‑end closing activities, support audits, improve accounting procedures, and drive systems and process enhancements across the organization.
This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and controllership stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Lead period closing and reporting processes accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.

Perform month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.

Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, TFRS, US GAAP, Thai GAAP, and BOI requirements.

Monitor compliance and recommend improvements to accounting procedures and internal controls.

Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.

Implement and maintain effective accounting policies aligned with local and international standards.

Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for unusual transactions or significant changes.

Support controllership with proactive communication regarding potential risks or issues.

Participate in system upgrades to enhance financial reporting effectiveness.

Leverage SAP and related tools to streamline processes.

System implementation experience is highly preferred.

Support ad‑hoc requests and other duties assigned by management.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and compliance accuracy.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance; manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Thai GAAP, tax regulations, and BOI requirements.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Good command of English and strong computer literacy.

Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.

Experience in an international company or audit firm is preferred.

Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and fast learning capability.
