Your Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional who’s ready to lead impactful projects, guide leaders with confidence, and take ownership of complex HR initiatives. Your key responsibilities will be the following

• Partner with leaders to implement HR programs and provide expert guidance on policies, compliance, and people initiatives.
• Lead key HR projects across performance management, salary planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Advise on HR policies, handle diverse employee inquiries, and coach managers on effective employee relations.
• Develop and maintain essential HR documents and reports, ensuring accuracy in organizational and workforce data.
• Support Talent Management with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and offer preparation.

Who we're looking for

• A university degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Deep, practical knowledge of Carrier’s organization, systems, or programs, with the ability to drive improvements and enhance current processes.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, or
• 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree in a related discipline.
• A proven ability to operate at an expert level within their area of specialization.
