About the role

The AI Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering AI-driven products that align with our company's strategic goals and market opportunities. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for AI products, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and manage a detailed AI product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and alignment with company objectives.
• Prioritize AI product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market research, and business impact.
• Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities and refine product requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation within the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (including classic machine learning, deep learning, and large language models), their applications, and limitations; demonstrated experience developing production-ready applications using some of these technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to balance technical possibilities with market demands and business goals.
