  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in internal systems and reports.

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide information, respond to queries, and ensure a positive experience.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including:=> Marketing– supporting campaigns and handling incoming leads** => Technical Support / After-Sales**– passing on technical queries and ensuring issues are followed up**=> Logistics / Operations**– supporting order tracking, deliveries, and stock-related questions**=> Finance / Accounts** – assisting with invoicing or basic credit-related queries

  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with customer data, documentation, and internal processes.

  • Gradually build knowledge of products and services, with full training and support provided.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoys speaking with people.

  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and information.

  • Is confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic computer systems.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others to achieve shared goals.

  • Can manage tasks independently and prioritise work effectively.

  • Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.

  • Speaks fluent English.

Previous experience in sales or business development is welcome but not essential**. We are open to candidates from administrative, customer service, coordination, or support roles who are interested in developing commercially. A driving license is** not required**.**
