角色职责:

• 负责在武汉区域内推广与销售中央空调全系列售后服务产品，包括年度维保合同、原厂备件、保养零件、系统升级改造方案等，完成个人业绩指标。
• 全面收集并分析当地市场信息，包括竞品服务政策、客户需求痛点等，并及时反馈总部以制定应对策略。
• 维护并深化与合作客户的长期关系，主动回访跟进，挖掘二次服务需求并推动转介绍。协调区域技术工程师与客户，完成故障排查、维修及保养服务，确保服务交付效率与客户满意度达标。

最低要求:

• 大专及以上学历，制冷、暖通、机电等理工科背景优先。
• 具备良好的沟通表达与谈判能力，能清晰传递服务价值并处理客户异议。
• 具备高度的责任心、服务意识与抗压能力，能响应客户紧急需求。
