In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Consultant, Technology Product to bring fresh insight and operational expertise into our technology department.

Helping to shape and enhance allergen, menu and kitchen technology across our fleet, you will play a key role in elevating the dining experience for thousands of guests while improving the day‑to‑day user experience for our crew.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Product Owner and supporting allergen, menu management and kitchen display (QSR) systems across the fleet.

  • Enhancing technology that enables safe allergen handling and clear, accurate guest communication.

  • Collaborating with operational teams to translate real‑world hospitality challenges into practical technology improvements.

  • Translating complex operational or regulatory requirements into clear, executable processes for frontline teams.

This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is offered on a full‑time, permanent basis with hybrid working up to two days from home however there will be an occasional requirement to travel to our ships for the role (up to 30% across the year).

  • Strong operational experience within complex, fast‑paced, high‑volume hospitality or food operations — ideally multi‑unit or cruise.

  • Deep practical understanding of food allergens and allergen risk management.

  • Familiarity with systems such as POS, menu management or kitchen display technology.

  • A disciplined approach to following processes and governance in a regulated environment.
