The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide exposure and insight into professional careers in the exciting leisure travel and cruise industry. Interns will work on meaningful departmental projects while also participating in professional development, leadership speaker sessions, and enrichment activities that provide a holistic view of life at Princess.

This program is a hybrid opportunity, with interns working onsite in our South Florida corporate offices, Fort Lauderdale or Doral, depending on your selected team.

Eligibility

  • Enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate or in a graduate/Ph.D. program

  • A rising Junior

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

Internship Project Details

Interns will be placed in a functional department such as:

  • Human Resources & Talent Acquisition – Support recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and employee engagement projects

  • Finance & Strategy – Assist with business analytics, forecasting, and financial planning for a global enterprise

  • Marketing & Communications – Contribute to campaign development, digital/social media strategy, and internal communications.

  • IT & Product Innovation – Gain exposure to Medallion Class® technology and work on product development, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives

  • Operations & Guest Experience – Participate in projects enhancing onboard services, itinerary planning, and global operations

Each intern will complete a capstone project presented to Princess leadership at the end of the program.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptability to handle technical tasks, projects, and cross-functional assignments

Skills Preferred

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

  • Project management or leadership experience (academic or extracurricular)

  • Data visualization or presentation skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau a plus)

  • Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
