We are looking for an amazing Intern, Financial Operations, to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Financial Operations Intern is responsible for supporting financial processes within the Customer Service department. This role involves assisting in the development of budget reporting tools and preparing invoices to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation. The intern will work closely with the Manager, Business Planning, and collaborate with Customer Service and Finance teams to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain budget reporting templates to track departmental expenses and forecasts.

Assist in preparing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
