Job Purpose and Impact:

NIR is a quick, accurate and sustainable way to obtain nutritional values to feed animals.

The NIR Customer Support Specialist will manage the portfolio of NIR clients in Poland and Eastern Europe as part of a dynamic and innovative international team. In this position, you will advise our clients on NIR analyzes of raw materials, silage, and finished feeds, ensuring that all recommendations are followed.

You will also be involved in the promotion and implementation of our digital solutions linked to NIR.

We offer possibility to work remote 2 - 3 days per week after training period.

• Key Accountabilities
• Installation of NIR devices, appropriate software, NIR calibrations and updates.
• Define NIR control plan in agreement with the Sales Department and Nutritionists.
• NIR monitoring with reference samples based on ISO12099.
• Annual personal visits to NIR clients (domestic and international) and writing reports on customer visits.
• Implementation of our digital solutions at customers.
• Promotion of our NIR offer to customers in cooperation with the Sales Department and preparation of NIR contracts.
• Support of NIR clients by e-mail, telephone and remote assistance.
• NIR team participation, close cooperation with the Sales Department and technical departments (Laboratory, formulation, species).
• Being part in innovative projects.
• Follow Cargill's safety recommendations.

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in a related field (chemistry, quality control, agronomy or related fields with knowledge of animal nutrition) or/and equivalent experience.

• 3 years' experience in NIR / Agriculture

• Very good skills in English - writing and speaking, Polish language native level

• Open to travel on business trips (travel range 30-50%) and active driving license (cat. B).

• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the field of NIR spectroscopy.

• Knowledge of ISO 12099 and ISO17025 standards.

• Knowledge in animal nutrition or related experience.

• Good communication during meetings with clients and internal teams.

• Proactive, organized and autonomous spirit.
