Job Purpose and Impact:

The Professional, Data & Analytics Reporting job is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing moderately complex datasets to generate actionable insights and builds detailed reports and dashboards using specifics tools, ensuring the efficient and economical delivery of the organization's products. With limited supervision, this job collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity performing data and statistical analysis using various programming languages. This job supports the effective presentation of data findings to partners to meet business objectives

• Key Accountabilities
• DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS : Collects, organizes, processes, prepares, and analyzes moderately complex scenarios, prototyping design scenarios and test solutions needed for incidents, enhancement and releases.
• REPORTING & VISUALIZATION : Implements detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, designs and completes data visualizations to communicate moderately complex data clearly.
• QUALITY ASSURANCE & DATA VALIDATION : Performs moderately complex reports and analyses in support of the accuracy, consistency, and security of data
• COLLABORATION: Works closely with end users-SC Transport LT to support data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions to help ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• DATA ANALYSIS: Conducts moderately complex data analyses and develops dynamic analysis and models, using and combining spreadsheets and database functions, demonstrating a full understanding and regular application of principles, theories, concepts, techniques, industry practices and standards within the sector to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision making.
• EXPERTISE: Provide process knowledge and expertise in the evaluation of moderately complex business requirements and make verbal or written assessments on the optimal design and maintain the interests of multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong team player
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
