What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in: Financial reporting and controlling
• Internal controls, compliance, or audit
• Finance operations in a shared services, multinational, or regulated environment
• Prior exposure to external audit, internal audit, or SOX environments is an advantage
• CPA, MBA is preferred but not required

• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
