Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead facility management partnering closely with the team and third party vendors / sub vendors employed with Capital One India

  • Manage associate experience across the facilities and services while demonstrating care and forward lean

  • Manage end to end project execution of the office buildouts and refurbishments within the stipulated timeline.

  • Responsible for asset management, procurement, third party monitoring, business continuity planning and corporate security

  • Perform required test and controls for managing risks across WPS and IT and ensure appropriate reporting to the leadership

  • Setup and monitor policies and procedures for IT support including Laptops / Macbooks /AV systems / Printers / i Phones / Server room and related themes

  • Leverage technical knowledge to manage and mentor the team responsible for troubleshooting Windows/Mac systems, managing tickets, IT support and maintenance

  • Lead the coordination with vendors for support and services

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and well managed practices and manage the audits across both the functions independently

  • Manage Corporate Security ensuring a safe and secure workspace for all associates.

What are we looking for?

  • Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by rigor and a strong quantitative orientation

  • Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: They should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business

  • Strong communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Clear results orientation: Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. She/he should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment

  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Others: Excellent time management skills and understanding of the urgency of matter related to the task. Strong judgment and emotional intelligence are essential for this position

  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least 5 years of experience leading workplace initiatives and teams.

  • At least 1 year in Google Suite such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree.

  • 10+ years of experience leading workplace initiatives and leading facility management.

  • 2+ years in Google Suite such as Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.
