Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Kamusta, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work
Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia, but with many of our Canvanauts calling the Philippines home, our office in Manila is a buzzing place. Whether your role needs you in the office, at home or a bit of both, we've created an environment that truly empowers you to thrive.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
As a Junior Content Administrator, you’ll support specific teams within Canva’s Creative and Marketing Group by keeping assets organised, accurately tagged, and easy to find. You’ll work closely with Producers and Project Managers to maintain metadata accuracy, enforce file naming standards, and support smooth project setup, delivery, archiving, and paid media trafficking.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and behind-the-scenes impact of operational execution within a high-volume creative environment.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Partner with Producers and Project Managers to ensure file naming conventions, metadata standards, project archiving, content migration, and asset restoration support content workflows at scale.
- Support end-to-end UGC workflows from intake through dispatch, ensuring assets move quickly and accurately from production to go-live.
- Upload and traffic high-volumes of ads across Canva’s ad platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Instagram) with accuracy, aligning with Channel Managers to meet tight turnaround timelines.
- Maintain clear records of ad go-live status, launch dates, and platform details, ensuring Channel Managers have accurate visibility.
- Flag ad rejections, missing assets, or readiness risks early to avoid launch delays.
- Set up and manage project files – Project file setup by creating folder structures, entering metadata, and tracking assets across Iconik, Cloudinary, Lucid Link, and Google Sheets.
- Identify small workflow improvements – Spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to organise content.
- Learn and apply best practices – Build skills in MAM (Media Asset Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) to support creative workflows.
- Support global teams by building and editing landing pages in Canva’s CMS, following established templates, approvals, and regional requirements.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to flag missing information, inconsistencies, or readiness risks, ensuring issues are resolved prior to production handoff.
- Perform quality control checks on all assets prior to dispatch - including validating resolution, file formats, dimensions, and technical specifications - to ensure assets meet channel and platform requirements.
- Support accurate reporting on asset volumes and turnaround times by maintaining tracking sheets and flagging delays or inconsistencies to senior team members.
You're probably a match if:
- You have 1–3 years of experience in digital campaign support, ad operations, content operations, or creative production environments.
- You’re highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows while maintaining accuracy.
- You have hands-on exposure to platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Instagram, or similar digital ad tools.
- You’re comfortable working across asset management systems, tracking sheets, and structured naming and metadata processes.
- You understand file formats and platform specifications, and you take pride in performing thorough QA checks before assets go live.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, flagging risks early and working closely with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- You enjoy collaborating with producers, marketers, and creatives, and you’re motivated to deliver strong results as a team.
- You’re tech-curious and eager to continue learning, especially in content operations, DAM/MAM systems, and CMS workflows.
You’ll Love This Role If…
- You enjoy organising creative assets and keeping things structured.
- You want to build skills in content workflows and digital asset management.
- You like working behind the scenes to support creative teams and producers.
- You enjoy supporting end-to-end creative production workflows and take pride in helping projects move smoothly from intake to trafficking.
