Drive smarter hiring decisions with data: Use insights and metrics to continuously improve processes, optimise outcomes, and help teams hire better and faster.

Raise the bar on inclusive hiring: Actively embed diversity and inclusion into sourcing strategies and hiring decisions to build stronger, more representative teams.

You bring proven, hands-on experience owning hiring from end to end. From role scoping and workforce planning conversations to sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing, you take full accountability for delivering strong hiring outcomes — across your home market and, ideally, across multiple countries in the region.

You proactively build and nurture talent pipelines. You don’t wait for inbound applicants — you market map, headhunt, and engage passive talent early so the right candidates are ready when the business needs them.

You generate market intelligence. You leverage multiple platforms, communities, talent data tools, and AI-powered sourcing solutions to uncover insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor movements.

You turn data into hiring strategy. You use market insights, funnel metrics, and hiring data to advise stakeholders, influence decisions, and shape realistic, high-impact hiring plans.

About the team
You’ll be joining Canva’s Southeast Asia Talent Acquisition team, responsible for hiring across the SEA region. The team partners closely with business leaders to scale high-impact teams across multiple functions — including Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Design, and others — ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent that reflects the diversity and ambition of the region.
Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, SEA TA plays a critical role in shaping Canva’s growth trajectory across Southeast Asia.
