Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a campus in Austin, Texas which is now home to our US operations. You have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva continues to scale, Enablement is an increasingly critical engine powering the success of our GTM teams. Enablement Operations is central to running the operational backbone of our global GTM Enablement function.

In this role, you will design, manage, and continuously improve the systems, workflows, governance and infrastructure that ensure enablement is scalable, consistent, and aligned to business priorities across our GTM Field teams.

You will translate strategy into execution discipline — creating structured intake processes, maintaining a governed content ecosystem, managing the global enablement calendar, and ensuring communications and programs are delivered with clarity and rigor.

This is a high-leverage individual contributor role for someone who excels at building repeatable processes, driving cross-functional coordination, and bringing operational excellence to complex, fast-scaling environments.

Govern and administer enablement systems (including content and LMS platforms) ensuring structure, quality, and disciplined governance

  • Design, own, and operationalize scalable workflows for field intake and cross-functional enablement requests

  • Design and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automations to streamline key enablement processes.

  • Manage and maintain the global enablement calendar, ensuring alignment, sequencing, and transparency across segments

  • Oversee execution of monthly GTM webinars and the broader enablement communications cadence

  • Establish and enforce content governance standards to eliminate redundancy and content sprawl

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Rev Ops, Marketing, and IT to drive alignment and execution

  • Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs that measure enablement efficiency and effectiveness

  • Continuously optimize systems, automation, and reporting to support scalable global enablement

You're probably a match if

  • 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Enablement Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management in B2B SaaS

  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills

  • Proven experience building and managing structured workflows

  • Experience owning or administering content systems (Guru preferred)

  • Ability to design governance frameworks and enforce standards

  • Comfort operating in hybrid, global GTM environments

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

What success looks like

  • Fully operationalized global enablement processes

  • Clear enablement roadmap visibility and tracking discipline

  • Structured, governed Enablement systems environment with measurable adoption

  • Consistent execution of GTM webinars and communications

About the team

This is your opportunity to shape how a world-class GTM organization operates at scale. As the Enablement Operations Manager, you'll own the systems and processes that turn enablement strategy into real-world execution. Making it easier for our field teams to do their best work, faster. If you love building structure from complexity and thrive at the intersection of people, process, and performance, this role was made for you.
