Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, hello, hiya, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.
Where and how you can work
Our headquarters is in sunny Sydney, Australia, but our team spans the globe. Since we don’t have a physical campus in Singapore, this role is fully remote - giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you thrive.
What you’d be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
-
Collaborating closely with the Sales & Success team to identify strategic pipeline opportunities, drive demand generation, and deliver results.
-
Proactively building the pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, and qualification meetings.
-
Becoming a Canva product and market expert, staying across accounts, territories, competitors, and trends.
-
Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market efforts.
-
Using tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to manage and maintain pipeline hygiene.
-
Hitting key performance metrics across weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
You're probably a match if you
-
Have a strong track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue growth.
-
Are confident in outreach across channels - phone, email, social, direct mail - with sharp account planning and objection handling skills.
-
Are organised, goal-driven, and comfortable managing your own workflow.
-
Thrive in a team-first culture and love collaborating to achieve shared goals.
-
Have experience using Salesforce and outreach platforms (Salesloft, Zoom Info, etc.).
About the team
You’ll join the Sales & Success group, focused on getting Canva into the hands of every team, classroom, and business in the world. As part of our business development crew, you’ll play a key role in expanding Canva’s reach and helping customers achieve success through our platform.
What's in it for you?
Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard - and we do - but you'll experience lots of moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Canva, too. We also offer a range of benefits to set you up for every success in and outside of work.
Here's a taste of what's on offer:
-
Equity packages - we want our success to be yours too
-
Inclusive parental leave policy
-
An annual Vibe & Thrive package to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more
-
Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and supports you personally
