Where and how you can work
Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under to a hub San Francisco, which is now one of the homes to our US operations. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
About the team
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Canva’s success - we’ve hired some of the best people from all over the world and it takes a curious, tenacious and creative Recruiter to make sure we’re always discovering talent that will take Canva into the future.
You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition group, where our mission is to connect talent with Canva’s magic globally. We’re passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and enabling leaders to hire Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve our crazy big goals. The TA team partners deeply with leaders across all groups, embedding as strategic advisors, and constantly evolving our craft to scale hiring in innovative and impactful ways.
The Business TA team hires for our Business functions across Canva, such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Content, Design, People, and Vibe (Workplace Experience). We are looking for a San Francisco Bay Area based Talent Acquisition Partner to support some of our US based roles while working closely with our Business TA team based in Australia. You'll work closely with US recruiting teams too, based in California and Austin.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
-
Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs.
-
Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent.
-
Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
-
Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to make high-quality, inclusive hiring decisions.
-
Contributing to global TA initiatives and helping shape Canva’s talent brand in the U.S.
You’re probably a match if:
-
You’ve got significant experience in business recruiting across multiple functions.
-
You’re skilled at building strong pipelines in competitive markets.
-
You thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments and enjoy solving complex hiring challenges.
-
You influence senior stakeholders with data, insights, and market intelligence.
-
You care deeply about creating inclusive teams and an exceptional candidate experience.
What's in it for you?
Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard - and we do - but you'll experience lots of moments of magic, connectivity and fun woven throughout life at Canva, too.
