Overall Scope of Role:
- Serve as communications lead on all day-to-day tactical external partner facing communications
- Manage 360-approach to all communications, from point of creation to distribution
- Identify the right time, platform, and distribution method to ensure visibility among all audiences
- Drive adoption to key technology platforms across all audiences
- Champion innovative practices, strategies, and technology to deliver impactful, actionable communications across all audiences
How you will make history here:
- Continuously enhance the communications process and experience across all audiences of the DSD network
- Build awareness, increased visibility of day-to-day DSD communications and subject matter among key stakeholders
- Identify new technologies, platforms, and processes for communicating critical information
- Build strong partnerships across the enterprise
What you'll do:
Communications:
- Manage day-to-day communications requests from frontline teams, customer teams, and sales leaders
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to deliver simplified, impactful, and action-oriented communications
- Build, manage communications templates to ensure consistency in approach
Technology: - Manage day-to-day distribution of external communications via email and lead the production of content on external facing website
- Drive user adoption to key internal and external platforms
- Create strong bridge between platforms (i.e., email to website, website to app)
- Support communications for key technology initiatives
- Identify new tools, platforms, and software to continuously enhance communications process and experience
Leadership: - Champion best-in-class communications practices, strategy, and approach
- Drive change across all audiences
- Ensure key projects reflect best communications and engagement practices
What you'll bring to the table:
- 3-5 Years of corporate communications or similar experience
Bachelor's Degree Required:
- Love of technology and everything about it, including experience working in Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suit (Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.), Share Point, and familiarity with email marketing and distribution platforms
- Strong eye for simplifying complex information
- Works quickly, under deadline, and always ready to jump into a new project
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$88,600-$127,300
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
