How you will make history here…
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management will play a vital role in building a best-in-class revenue management capability in Campbell’s Snacks by managing and analyzing syndicated and non-syndicated data and providing insights to support the pricing initiatives that will drive greater price realization and growth. The Analyst is responsible for analyzing in-market data related to sizing, pricing, and pack types across brands, competitive brands, and Best-In-Class PPA brands. The Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing in-market data related to sizing, pricing, and pack types across brands, competitive brands, and Best-In-Class PPA brands, spanning both internal channels and the broader competitive landscape. The Senior Analyst will leverage learnings from these analyses to create strategic recommendations for Pricing and/or Price Pack Architecture changes across Campbell’s portfolio of iconic brands in the Campbell’s Snacks Division. These strategic recommendations will be leveraged to deliver top and/or bottom-line growth, dependent upon individual brand’s business objectives.
What you will do…
- 60% of time – Data Analysis, delivered to Sr Manager and Business Team
- 40% of time – Price Strategy & Proposition Recommendations, delivered to Sr Manager and later Business Team
- Learn & inform the overall pricing process, inter-relationships (non-promo, EDLP, promoted, channels), key drivers and how it impacts the customer and consumer (ie, what is the ideal price strategy for ready-to-serve soup).
- Ability to network throughout the organization and build relationships with those functions that touch pricing (i.e. Marketing, Sales, CCID, Finance)
- Ability to manage, analyze and internalize large amounts of data, draw insights and provide strategic recommendations.
- Articulate complex pricing relationships and data in a visually clear, concise manner that is easy to understand (ie, Provide a recommendation for the optimal pack counts of Milano multipacks across channels).
- Build and maintain dynamic reports that inform cross-functional teams on competitive and intern pricing changes.
What you bring to the table…
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 3 years+ of finance, marketing and/or sales experience
- Advanced writing and communication skills, able to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him or her
- Advanced excel capabilities, including complex data analysis and modeling
- Certifications / Licenses / Registrations n/a

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$80,400-$115,600
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
