HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As the Meals & Sauces Category CFO, you will serve as the senior financial leader for one of Campbell’s most iconic and strategically important categories. You’ll drive performance, accountability, and disciplined execution across a $1.0B business. Your leadership will:

Ensure strong financial stewardship that accelerates growth and margin improvement
WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Act as a strategic thought partner to the Meals & Sauces leadership team, guiding category strategy, brand investment, and portfolio decisions
-
Lead financial planning and analysis processes (IBP), aligning with enterprise objectives and long-term growth targets
-
Deliver proactive recommendations to improve net revenue growth, profit margin, innovation success, and market share
-
Drive performance management by owning results, challenging assumptions, and ensuring accountability
-
Partner cross-functionally to optimize pricing, mix, trade spend, and supply chain efficiency
-
Lead monthly performance reviews and ensure visibility to risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
-
Oversee financial governance, controls, and reporting for the category
-
Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial results in compliance with corporate policies and external standards

Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, working capital management, and cost discipline
-
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and action

Champion Campbell’s values and leadership principles while empowering teams to deliver results with speed and integrity

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
-
8+ years of progressive finance experience in a complex, matrixed organization
-
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of P&L management and commercial drivers
-
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead through change
-
Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

MBA or CPA
-
Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry

Expertise in operational levers and financial forecasting
-
Track record of driving innovation and efficiency in financial processes
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$144,600-$207,900
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. Please ask your Talent Acquisition Partner for more information about our total rewards package.
