How you will make history here…
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading the initiation, planning, tracking, execution, and delivery of major strategic multifunctional initiatives and large complex multi-faceted projects/programs with defined deliverables following a standard work process. Initiative may include translation of business strategies into execution. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution of projects/programs while leading enterprise cross-functional teams towards the achievement of defined business objectives. These cross-functional teams may include different roles within supply chain.
What you will do…
(15%) Develop multifunctional project/program charters, including scope, out of scope, interdependencies, benefits, approach, high level risks and key assumptions ensuring key stakeholder alignment.
(30%) Develop project/program governance across Scope, Schedule, Budget. Identify and obtain resources needed (people, money/budget, time), Assemble and lead a cross functional team to and define clear objectives for each team member. Create detailed work plans and timelines, adapting strategic goals into executable steps, identifying and sequencing activities needed to successfully implement the programs. Develop communication plan with escalation triggers to key stakeholders.
(35%) Integrate program efforts, continuously assess and refine approaches and plans to deliver objectives, addressing conflicting and changing priorities (looking at end to end business); serve as the implementation arm of the program sponsor and/or steering committee, and provide insights in end-to-end supply chain as well as strategic thinking on overall project/program execution. Manage risk mitigation and escalation.
(10%) Responsible for closing project/program, developing lessons learned, developing template/tools for future implementation of similar project/programs and confirming benefits have or will be met. Manage project financials when applicable to ensure objectives are achieved. Ensure all program information is appropriately documented and managed.
(10%) Lead development and implementation of best practices for the Enterprise Program Management Office as the hub of the PM Community. Understanding process mapping, development and implementation using continuous improvement techniques.

10+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs and projects.

Minimum of 5+ years in the and/or supply chain

Technical mastery in project management. Proficiency in communication and influencing skills.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.

Possess business and financial acumen.

Experience in the food industry.

Understanding of end-to-end supply chain (Make, Plan, Source, Deliver, Return) i.e. planning, logistics, manufacturing.

Experience managing large and complex cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$138,000-$198,400
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
