HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As the Financial Analyst, Snacks Customer Logistics, you will play a critical role in supporting over $100MM in annual Snacks Warehousing spend. Your work will directly influence operational performance, financial transparency, and strategic decision-making across the Snacks division. You will deliver accurate and timely financial insights, identify cost drivers, support L&T (Logistics & Transportation) initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and analytics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Business Management & Reporting
-
Lead monthly warehouse losses reviews with Supply Chain Operations, Sales, Planning, and remote locations to identify and mitigate cost drivers.

Develop analyses to justify spend, highlight margin drivers, and communicate implications to brand teams and P&L owners.
-
Partner with Brand, Sales, and the DSD Network to optimize L&T reporting, strengthening linkages between operational performance and financial metrics.
Planning & Analysis
-
Support monthly cost projections for Snacks L&T, including variance analysis vs. plan, projection, and prior year.
-
Validate monthly financial rollups by reviewing relevant accounting journal entries.
-
Provide analytical insights on financial results, connecting operational spend to P&L impact.
-
Deliver ad hoc reporting and monthly business reviews for the broader L&T team.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1 year of professional experience (preferred)

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
-
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
-
Strong data interpretation and presentation skills

Experience using SAP and/or EPM

Supply chain or logistics experience

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$56,300-$81,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
