Facilities Maintenance & Operations
- Plan and execute annual maintenance for critical systems such as HVAC and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
- Perform routine office maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Manage and maintain office equipment, including copiers, coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, and pantry appliances
- Oversee maintenance and management of gym facilities and equipment
- Manage office assets, including furniture and other physical infrastructure
Workplace & Administration Management
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate periodic services such as carpet cleaning and office sanitization
- Manage office greenery and seasonal decorations
- Maintain company vehicle records and oversee parking space management
Safety & Compliance
- Act as the Fire Safety Manager and develop fire protection plans
- Organize and lead emergency response teams in compliance with local regulations
- Conduct safety training and emergency drills for employees
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
Projects & Support
- Support office relocation planning and execution
- Assist with administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed
