The Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled SIGINT Analyst to join our team in support of counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in signal intelligence analysis to provide critical support in identifying, categorizing, and exploiting communications related to UAS activities. This role offers the opportunity to significantly enhance our UAS efforts through expert analysis, superior communication skills, and technological proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise the detection, acquisition, geolocation, identification, and exploitation of communications related to UAS activities using advanced signals equipment.
- Identify and categorize communications within assigned geographic areas by activity type.
- Extract essential elements of information from transmissions to support mission requirements.
- Drive production within SIGINT reporting and targeting, utilizing excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge across research, collection, analysis, and evaluation.
- Process data to produce critical tactical reports, threat and situational awareness tippers, and daily SIGINT summaries specific to UAS activities.
- Track and analyze high-value UAS targets to enhance understanding of operations and identify new associated targets.
- Collaborate with team members to develop intelligence packages on UAS-related threats.
- Utilize various technological tools and software for all-source analysis, including but not limited to ANB, Association, ARCGIS, Google Earth, Octave, SIGNAV, Sharkfinn, Cineplex, Dishfire, Pathfinder, Query Tree, Global Reach, and Gist Queue.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Six years of experience in signal intelligence analysis.
- Proven ability to drive production within SIGINT reporting and targeting.
- Excellent communication skills complemented by extensive knowledge across research, collection, analysis, and evaluation.
- Technological proficiency in utilizing various analysis tools and software.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, detail-orientation, and results-driven problem-solving skills.
Desired:
- Experience working within SIGINT operations or similar high-stakes environments.
- Advanced qualifications or certifications in cryptologic or SIGINT fields.
- Previous experience in a hostile or high-pressure environment, enhancing operational effectiveness and resilience

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500-$117,900
