The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to support the analysis of foreign ground radar systems and future technology.
We need experts to support the technical exploitation of foreign systems and subcomponents. We assess scientific and technical capabilities, forecast and predict future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness, and create high-fidelity models and simulations of systems.
Join our Team as we drive all-source collection, apply research, and deliver technical intelligence on foreign technologies helping our customers to assess current threats and forecast future threats on some of the nationals most challenging missions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise on ground radar systems of interest.
• Answer requests for information from outside stakeholders regarding the specification, capabilities, and limitations for specific ground radar systems of interest.
• Support exploitation activities of foreign systems of interest, including logistics and cooperation with other agencies, testing activities, and other coordination.
• Spectrum management - Understanding the environment of locations and restrictions of frequencies and power constraints, primary role is for managing radio frequencies, preventing interference, and coordinating spectrum use for tactical networks, handling databases, and enforcing regulations.
• Logistical support - Support with the transport of equipment from warehouse to testing sites.
• Understanding FCC and IEEE
• Understanding radar theory, propagation, and system engineering.
• Prepare and forward properly formatted frequency requests to the appropriate military or civilian agency for coordination and approval
• Analyze information from multiple sources and make engineering judgements based on limited available information.
• Expand current research and understanding of foreign systems and capabilities to support model development and intelligence assessments.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors or advanced degree in physics or engineering from an accredited institution.
• We are seeking 3+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge and expertise in radar systems
Desired:
• Experience developing and writing products and reports to support the intelligence community.
• Experience with ground based radar systems
• Intelligence Community (IC) background preferred.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
