The Opportunity

CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of developers, QA, DevOps and system engineers to provide SDLC support for the GATEKEEPER product
  • Assist with building and managing GATEKEEPER product installations for DoD customers
  • Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with system testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness
  • Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements
  • Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues

Qualifications

Required

  • TS/SCI with polygraph
  • 10 years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher is required if COR determines that the position's activities include CWIP activities
  • 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms
  • AWS Foundational Level Certification
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonus
  • Terraform, CloudFormation (CDK)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
  • Comfortable in a team environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $113,200 - $237,800

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
