Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving complex problems? We’re looking for a dynamic Network/Hardware Technician to join our team in Australia! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things IT, ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:-Customer-Centric Support: Engage with customers to gather incident information and provide top-notch support using our self-service tools. Your excellent communication skills will ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Incident Management: Track incidents from identification to resolution, conducting initial assessments, triage, research, and resolution for basic issues. When challenges arise beyond your scope, you’ll collaborate with our service desk resources or specialist teams to find solutions.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), document resolutions, and update our knowledge bases to help both customers and staff. Identify recurring problems and patterns to alert management and improve our services continually.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our TIER 1 provider, end users, stakeholders, and government personnel to evaluate hardware, maintain network security, and ensure compliance with policies.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in developing and implementing standards and procedures. Contribute to special projects, testing strategies, and provide advice and training to end-users.

Leadership Potential: As you grow in your role, you may have the opportunity to lead less-experienced team members and take on more complex problem-solving tasks.
Shift Work in Australia!Qualifications:-Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Certification: Must obtain Security Plus certification within 90 days.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent combination of education, technical certification, and/or training.

Experience: 4–7 years of directly related experience in IT equipment support (Hardware, Networks, etc.).
